I am looking for an application (preferably free) that I can use to download images from the Internet based on a schedule. The application also needs to be able to resize the images.


I'm currently using DVArchive to schedule and download the images, but these is no built-in utility for resizing the images before they are sent to ReplayTV.


Any ideas?
