Is the there a significant difference between the two?

I guess I should add more

I can get 7 ply arauco or 7 ply burch at home depo or lowes.

I can go out of town and get 11 ply arauco from one place

Or an unknown grade supposedly better than C2 grade Burch of unknown # plys

From another source (I am still waiting on an answer on # of plys)

Arauco is fine - just be sure to use the 3/4" stuff. You might have to watch out for warps and push them out as needed. Or leave the panels outside crown up in the sun until they flatten out.

It would be normal birch 4' x 8' 3/4"

When I spoke with Eric at eD, he said that Arauco has the tendency to warp and straighten it out is a PITA.
