Archive HD content to DVD?

I recorded a special on InHD that some friends now would like a copy of. I have the program currently stored on a DVHS tape. My computer is a Mac, with firewire ports.


Is there any way to archive this program now to DVD? If I use VirtualDVHS, is there a way to convert that file to something that can be burned onto a DVD? The program is only one hour long, and I'm pretty sure, coming from InHD, that 5C is turned off.


Any suggestions or ideas? Thanks!
