Just poking to keep myself interested. If a great deal comes by at some point, I may act. The Sony D50 is going to be the one to show at the next video-meet in Ottawa. I am a building a nice curvy platform in my HT room to raise the couch a bit and get a bit more real theater feel. There will be something new for you to see.

I know what a 9500 LC and a 9501 LC is, but what is a 9500 DM

or a 9500 HS? And while we're on the subject, I believe I've seen an add for a straight 9500, however it may be a misprint. So don't quote me...

Are you sure? I know there is an 8500 without the "LC" designation, and I *thought* it was possible to order the 9500 in a non-LC configuration as well, but maybe that's not true?
