did i miss something here, thought this was in HD? im in jersey city, getting feed thru comcast. anyone else having problems?

Yup. Same thing here. I have Comcast in NJ also. ABC-HD channel has the SD feed for Armageddon. :(

wierd! i get dd5.1, no HD.

Must be a local problem, it's HD in Detroit & Boston.

It looked wonderful with OTA!


Comcast... why not call them and ask for a credit? You're paying extra for HD and you should get it! Especially when is not a network or local station probem!

Very good looking, but CROPPED, despite the film being Super 35. Which means they took the 2.35:1 transfer and zoomed it in. MORONS. Stopped watching after 20 minutes.

looked perfect from the philly feed on comcast here in south jersey, although i don't think it was original aspect ratio, someone else will have to confirm.


the firey scenes in the begginning looked really nice. dolby 5.1 was in and it sounded good. Good amount of activity in the rears.
