Hi,
most people here mention audio problems via hdmi for these ati cards. but I do have audio, but cannot get ANY video output from my hdmi. (normal VGA works fine)
Whatever resolution I choose, nothing comes thru. I get "no signal"
on my projector or on my Onkyo receiver.
I'm sure my 1080p projector can handle the 1920x1080 resolution so that should not be a problem.
I really suspect the card itself now (which is a asus EAH4550 ati btw)
but strange thing is, when I plug in the HDMI, in CCC the correct HDMI display pops up. So it does somehow find a connection. Also, I can hear audio too. It's only the video that stays black.
Any ideas?
