The new 2004 line of Mits is much better than previous years. Actually the '04 line requires minimal tweaking.

At the end of the day, I just want to plug and play! Which is best?
First, let me confess, I am not a "tweaker". I most likely will do the basic setting changes and do as much of the Avia changes necessary, but that is it. So, out of the box and with minimal tweaks, which is best? Mitsubishi Silver Plus or Hitachi 51S500. Mostly non hd dish viewing and dvd's. Help, I want to purchase something right now
