I try both TMT and power DVD both don't let me bitstream i check in my sound settings it shows dts-ma but every time i play a mkv file through both programs all i get is dts core

I'm using 11.8 and looked around for edid drivers but didn't see any for the the HK.

Did you install the AMD hdmi drivers too?

yep im getting dts-hd now only through mpc but it's better then nothing.

PowerDVD does not support HD audio bitstreaming from MKV. TMT supports it with 113/114 patch (did you apply it?).

Nevermind i just brought tmt since couldn't get the free version to do it and having no problem at all now thanks for the help guys.Any word getting hd audio working in xbmc eden build?
