I recently purchased a Dell XPS 420 with a ATI TV Theatre 650 Pro PCI-E. Dell didn't include the ATI cd, as they expect us to use Windows Media Center, so I purchased PowerCinema from Cyberlink. I can get analog channels just fine, but when I try to get the unscrambled QAM channels from the program, PowerCinema can find them and play them, but on some channels the signal is either corrupted or something because the video stutters and the audio sounds fine. This happens on most local HD stations, but on the Universal HD and the AE HD channel, it is fine. The ESPN HD channel also comes in fine.

We don't have this problem on our Vizio 37" TV. We've tried the same cable that goes into our TV on the computer, but again, it still does the same problem. Is it the software? The hardware? The signal strength from my cable?

I don't know what to do! Please help!
