I installed a HD 4650 in my HTPC today but the problem I have now is that it is not full screen. There is about an inch of black border all around. Is there any way to have it utilize the entire screen? I have a Samsung LN52B750 if that helps. Thanks.

Go into ATI's software utility 'Catalyst Control Center'. Select the Displays Manager and set your resolution (1920x1080). Then go to DTV/HDTV/Digital Panel (or something) and go to Scaling. Slide the bar until you fill the screen.

I have the 4650 and the newest Vista CCC but I don't see the scaling/under scaling/over scaling option anywhere?
