Do the current ATI drivers for Vista allow the user to create custom resolutions?

Last drivers I had used didnt let me.

Heck, even the XP drivers don't let you. Should be possible with Powerstrip though (that's what I use on XP to create custom resolutions).

The XP drivers allow me to create 1200x668 resolution based on a 720p one.

Thats what I need to run for my TV.


And to update. I did install Vista, after all.

Tried the latest drivers dated Dic 18 or so and they didnt work.


The Add resolution (to create a custom one) still doesnt work.

720p resolutions just didnt want to work. They looked like they had a timing issue.

Tried playing with powerstrip but didnt had the patience.

Custom things just didnt work as they do in XP.


So im back to XP for now
