If it has 64MB of memory and has DX9 support when used with the latest ATI 5.12 drivers it should work with an NTSC tuner card if you are trying to use it with an HDTV tuner card then even if it has 128MB of memory it does not have the memory bandwidth to support the processing of 1080i programs.
