I may be in. I have no idea what I have going that weekend, but I may try and make it. If I do I will try to bring the dts-10. Its a little large and very heavy so I may have trouble fitting it in a vehicle, but we'll see. Sounds like a good time though.

Im interested just because I want to hear some other current DIY designs. Im isolated from it all.

Those events are fun, but you seldom get to hear a speaker sound like it does in a more "normal" room. Probably worth a five hour drive if you've never attended a DIY event before though.

This is probably the closest DIY event to me and it is still a 12+ hour drive... I wish there would be one somewhere closer to Louisiana / Texas.


As fun as this seems, I don't think I can justify driving an entire day there and an entire day back... Though It would be fun.

Yeah, Im reading all about it and it sounds like the rooms are BIG, not treated either.
