Atmos Receivers with 7.2.4 Full Powered Channels?

Anyone heard any news whether there will be a 11 fully powered channels for a 7.2.4 atmos receiver? Or, would we have to use external amps?

I believe the Onkyo 3030 is the only 11.2 channel Atmos AVR! Denon, Yamahas high end avrs only have 9 built in!
