Looking for opinions on the Audio Pro B1.35 Sub, I'm thinking of getting one for what I think may be a good price. Just wanted to inlist any observations or experience any of you might be willing to share on this Sub.
Audio Pro (Swedish manufacturer) makes good subs. Those aren't biggest and baddest around but quite OK. Price/quality -reatio has alway been good. Those sound fast and accurate. AP uses kind of electronic servo (negative current feedback) to control bass output.
B1.35 goes down to 26hz (measured anechoic -6db point in a test). Distortion is low with 80db. With 90db it is acceptable. At 100db distortion is too high. Keep in mind that those figures would be different if measured inside a room (it goes lower and output is higher).
I've go myself an Audio Pro Focus -subwoofer which is almost the same as B1.35.
