I am considering purchasing the AV123 ELT525 speakers. I have heard the sound quality is excellent, and the aesthetics and finish look great as well. One question my brother told me to ask was about the crossover though. Does anyone know if the crossover is a first order electrical? He said that at the crossover frequency of 2000hz a first order electrical filter is probably too shallow to protect the tweeter, especially at the high volume levels I plan on playing at occasionally for parties.


Does anyone know of any links to reviews or measurements of the frequency response as well?


Any first hand experience with these speakers as well?
