I'm not sure about parking it on the sidebar. But yes, you can size it as you wish and move it around as you like.

I'm thinking of purchasing this card, but have one question for those of you using the Aver viewing software.
When viewing live TV can I reduce the "full screen mode" to a very small window to park it on the Vista sidebar? If so, can you drag the window to any size with the mouse?
