I think I've narrowed down my search to these 2 receivers:

VSX-84TXSi
I like the price and the silver casing of the Denon and I like the 4 HDMI inputs and 140wattsxchannel of the Pioneer. Does anyone have any preferences and why? and can anyone chime in as to why I wouldn't want either of these and offer a suggestion.
Obviously my budget is around $1200 and I'm running the following devices:
HTPC with DVI output and x-fi with both spdif and analog outs
Dish VIP-622 DVR with HDMI out (does it output sound as well?)
xbox 360
Sharp XV-Z2000 DLP
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Product bashing is fine too so long as there's an argument.
