Did anyone else have the same problem? I got a rs232 to usb wire, downloaded usb to serial drivers, selected different com ports, had the download button pressed on the avr and each time it fails when I click the upgrade button. What am I doing wrong? I haven't found a usefull post to help troubleshoot. Thanks

Check there for a solution. Its your best bet. I read someplace that the USB cables didnt always work.
