Ok…I am not an A/V person. I am a little dated going back to the stereo age when setups were pretty basic. Have had my VSX-1122-K for a while now (1.5 years)…great system! I originally set this up using the AVNavigator program as a 6.1 system due to my in-wall wiring. More recently I have wired my porch for a couple of speakers, so now have gone in and activated the Speaker B output (not zone 2). They work, but produce a fraction of the sound of the inside surround sound setup, and the outside speakers are 6 ohm, so if anything should be a little louder. Have seen that I should be able to adjust the sound level of each speaker, but when I get into that area of the setup, it only sees the A speakers, the B speakers do not appear. Think I saw that using the B speakers, I can only have a 5.2 theatre setup. What can I do with the rear speaker from the 6.1 setup…can it be used? Appreciate now and user-friendly feedback/advice to get me through this.
