Title says it all. Would the B&W CM1's with Marantz KI PM Pearl Lite amplifier a good match? I have the NA7004 and really like the aesthetic so it would be ideal! If not, what other suggestions would you have? I have a medium sized room and listen to a huge range from rock to hip-hop to classical and jazz.


I have an ASW608 subwoofer to handle the lowend.

I drove my 804d's with a Marantz SR7005 for 6 months and was pleased. I havent heard the KI PM Pearl Lite but I would expect it to outperform the SR7005 in terms of sound quality. Plus the CM1s are rated at 100 watts peak and unless you need extremely loud volumes, the Pearl Lite's 70 watts should do the trick.


Just my 2 cents - listen for yourself if you can.
