Question for anyone familiar with the F series, since I can't get a response from Request. I originally contacted them about the current availability of the Echo or ARQIVE backup systems, but since I haven't heard back from them I started digging and may have come up with another backup solution instead.
In windows I can go to start->run and type in \\\\ip_of_my_request and there are 7 folders:

Pictures
stream
Themes
ThemesBackup
Upload
Can I just backup the request myself just by periodically copying these folders to my network attached storage?
