look on the outside of the PJ... usually there is a small metal plate that has information about the PJ, like date of manufacture, type of PJ / model number, made in Belgium, etc.

That is the model number. It's a Barco Data. Pre Barco 400 or 600, most of these have problems or dead tubes. I think I just got in a Barco Data in as well that I might scrap or sell depsnding onthe shape of the tubes.
