I wish I had an answer for you. I ordered a custom sealed 15 inch sub from eD and the shipped it with that 500 watt bash amp (parts express has it for $180 or so). I also have 2 A5-350's and they shipped them with the lt.500 amps.

There are no reviews for this sub yet though. And I've heard emotiva exaggerates their lower frequency claims a lot. Also it only weighs like 44 lbs which I find odd.

People also like the OAudio plate amps.


I have the PE 500w plate amp that works very well with a 15" ported application. I have no idea how it compares to the eD.

A DIY sub with a $300 driver will get you performance in another league from that Emotiva
