I apologize if these are unnecessary questions, but I'm starting to set up a home lighting control situation. My wife would like a central wall-mounted control panel, like the CA7100 (I think), that would control lighting scenes, one-button "turn on some lights," and 'away' scenes for timer-controlled lighting. We have no lighting control now (each room on a separate wired switch), and I have no experience with wireless. For a simple installation, can I install the ca7100, a bunch of z-wave light switches in our rooms, and some kind of antenna controller in a cupboard or closet?
Again, I apologize but am trying to figure out how to retrofit this into our house.
Thanks in advance,
Ian
