Basic receiver for 3.1 ARC Setup

I'm looking for a receiver to power a basic 3.1 setup. I won't be connecting any sources to the receiver, only using the outputs from my LG C9 over ARC or eARC. So I don't need Bluetooth, 4K, apps, nor anything else on that front.

The exact speakers are still being decided, but they won't be more than 200 watts each @ 6 or 8 ohms.

Possible choices I've researched so far:
  1. Denon AVR-1911 for $150, a bit older but has Audyssey MultEQ, claims 90W per channel, available used locally
  2. Yamaha RX-V385 for $280, brand new, claims 70W per channel
I can't seem to find any other receivers on local CL / FB that have HDMI with ARC (or eArc). Is there another approach or place to consider looking?

@BruinsFan87 I don't think you will need eArc with a 3.1 setup. I have a new tcl tv, old receiver and 3.1 setup in the living room right now. I use optical out from the TCL to the receiver for netflix, amazon prime, amazon audio, etc. and it's excellent.

HDMI sucks in my opinion, too many issues
You're right, I don't really need ARC, but I want the CEC so the device can turn on/off when my TV does. This is going into a secondary room where I won't have a smart remote.
