Okay I am looking to get a sub $300 receiver. I need something that can accomodate a semi-odd need.

I want the receiver to be able to easily change where I output my video. I have an Infocus x1 projector and a normal tv. I use the tv for regular viewing and x1 for games/movies.

I want to be able to input component & composite (maybe svideo). And easily choose if the composite out goes to the x1 or the tv. I dont need upconversion, I dont mind running one composite and one component to the x1. And one composite to the tv. I just want to be able to choose if I want to watch this source on my x1 or on my normal tv.

My main question is will this setup work? and what receiver(s) in this price range makes switching where you output to easy?

*Details about x1*

FYI - I actually prefer having one composite and one component going into my x1. The reason is infocus x1 cannot play 480i on component, only through the composite input. This is one small complication.

Thanks!
