BB Demo Toshiba HD-A1 with 2 VCR boxes lying on it!
Guys,
I went over to my local Orlando Best Buy, last week they did not have it set-up. I stopped in this morning, it was setup, HDMI connection to a Pioneer plasma. 2 VCR boxes resting on the unit...Not easy to find since it not in the main hometheater section but at the end of the VCR aisle.
I removed the boxes, powered up and pressed play....Looked down at the 3 x 5 card that said HD-DVD, next to 20 promo flyers......They had a demo loop running. I was impressed at the image via HDMI. It loooked as good as my HD CATV stations via component.
As many others have posted, about 10 avg Joe guys came into the VCR aisle walking by me over the 20 min I was there, but none stopped.
