BBJC S1 HDMI or Balun for 35' run?

Should say BJC S1, for Blue Jeans Cable Series-1

My house is pre-wired cat5E everywhere. I just bought an LED TV for the bedroom and I want a clean look on the wall; just the tv floating there and nothing else. If I run an HDMI cable from the back of the TV, up the wall to the attic, through the attic an down into the component closet, it will be around 35ft. The only problem is I will have to drill a hole through the plastic junction box, another whole in the wooden joist next to the small hole that they shoved the cat5E through, then fish the hdmi cable through. It may sound like I'm being lazy, but I risk damaging the expensive hdmi cable and the walls are insulated so I'm not even sure that it will work. The Cat5E was installed for new construction. I used a balun for my 100' run to my living room and it work flawlessly (1080p). The only problem is the balun used was a $600 Ethereal balun. I don't want to spend that much for the bedroom tv. I am aware that cheaper baluns are very finicky. And there's my dilemma. The Blue Jeans Cable HDMI costs about 1/5th of the price of the Ethereal balun, but since the run is only 35', perhaps a cheaper balun will be sufficient. Thanks for your time and any recommendation you can provide.

I'd probably give a less expensive balun a shot (Intelix HDMI baluns run for about 220$/pr for max 1080i, for example). If you notice any issues, you can always return it. If it works fine, then you've either saved yourself a whole lot of time & stress or ~400$. Good luck!
