At the students restaurant where I go to school they have two BD 650. They have been standing there for two years I think. I thought I would setup one of those with PC running some kind of DVD hardware. Nothing fancy, but better than the current Sony Videographics they are using only direct from a TV tuner and VHS. Not even a linedoubler.

Looked at the tubes. They are in great shape. No burns at all. Flipped the image. So the source. I did not get it to find the source. Feeded it through a PC with a Barco RGB interface. 800*600 60 Hz don't remember the hor. scan rate, but should be in limits.

Do I need a remote? They did not have one. The only thing I could get it to do was to display the convergence grid. Using a switch on the controller unit. Liked the snake light with the tiniest light bulb I have ever seen.

The raster was blurry in the lower half of the picture. Especially red had this problem. How do I adjust this without frying my hands?
