BD audio output - optical

I was browsing my ps3 settings and I notice I have two choices for my optical on BD audio output. I'm still new to digital audio. Which should I choose and I guess, pro's/con's for both? I have my audio going to my logitech z5450 via optical.

Choices are: bitstream & linear pcm

Using optical out with linear pcm will result in passing your sound to your receiver in a 2ch format although some have said setting your receiver to Dolby Pro Logic still gives pretty decent sound. More than likely you will want to set your audio to bitstream for your Dolby Digital/DTS sound.

Ahh gotcha. Thanks! I'll keep it to bitstream then.
