Hope this is the right place. I have an older computer and am looking to get a blu-ray burner. My video card is a BFG GeForce 7800 GS and I understand it's not HDCP compliant. I'm not concerned with viewing BDs on my computer, I'm only interested in backing up what I currently own. I'm new to this area, but even though my video card won't allow me to view BD's, will I still be able to burn if I would get a writer?
