Still can't get my BD800 to sync to a rgbhv or rgbs


Anyone got any ideas?

Are you using a HTPC?


Go into powerstrip and set it to a low resolution 640x480 and a low refresh rate like 60 (maybe you'll have to go lower, I have the BG800).


Most important... Make sure it's NEGATIVE sync for both horiz and vert. Make sure you have the H and V plugged into the right places in the back on mine it's black on the left and white on the right.

Not using a HTPC, output is coming from my focus CSHD scaler. tried both combinations with cable.


I can get it to sync up to a signal if I output component with sync on green, but of cours, then the picture is green.


Refresh rate out of the scaler is 60 Hz, aiming for 720p (whic looks fantastic but green as above)
