Wow, nice. That is not the edge though. Looks like an inexpensive version. No mouse pad, volume control, etc.

Great deal though. Thanks for posting.
I decided to get this instead of the Edge. I wanted a keyboard and an actual mouse. Having the Edge with the touchpad would be nice, but I still was going to need a mouse to go with it for potential gaming and stuff. Plus at $20 compared to ~$130 I can do without the touchpad. I just hope the range on this one works for me.

Also, any suggestions on a wireless mouse that has a range of about 10 to 12 feet?
Nice find! Too bad it's a mail in rebate. And I'm sure you are limited to only 1.

Actually limit 2 (assuming that rebate form from buy.com is the same as from Amazon.com the other day).
Wow. A buddy of mine got a free 2.4ghz mouse with a purchase of a UPS. He said he'd sell it to me for $15. Looks like I'm getting a quality wireless m/k set for $35. Thanks for the deal!
Nice, but what mouse works with it? A wireless keyboard an dtethered mouse isn't much of an HTPC solution.

I'm thinking that the Logitech MX Revolution Laser Mouse would work well with it. From the reviews I could find it seems to have good range.

I thought that was a bluetooth mouse. This isn't a bluetooth keyboard is it?
No, it's a 2.4ghz keyboard. Personally, I've found that 2.4ghz provides a much better connection than bluetooth.

Remember, 360 controllers are 2.4ghz whereas PS3 controllers are Bluetooth.
My Dinovo for Notebooks Keyboard arrived yesterday. I chose the free budget shipping option which said that it my take 3-4 days to process and up to a week to arrive after shipping. It shipped the same day and arrived the next day! I guess it helped that it shipped out about 50 miles from my house.

Anyway, I have about 12 feet between my HTPC and chair. I plugged the RF receiver into the front of my HTPC and tried it out. Once Windows discovered it I was able to instantly use the keyboard. I sat in my chair and had a great connection. So far this was worth the $20 AR.

I ordered the Logitech MX Revolution Laser Mouse from Amazon for $55 shipped and should have it Friday. If this works just as well then I'll be happy with this solution. I'll have a great keyboard and mouse for $75 total with a retail cost of $200.

I'll eventually move the receiver to the back, but I was in a hurry and didn't feel like making the adventure to the back of the PC until I had the mouse as well.

No, it is an RF mouse just like the keyboard. I had the MS 7000 Entertainment Desktop which is BT, but I had connection issues and returned it. Hopefully the RF combo will work out better.

I too have already received my keyboard. It has great range and can easily stretch the 15 or so feet from couch to HTPC. It also has quite a few handy media keys. If any of you are looking for a good keyboard for cheap, I would totally act on this now, as the rebate ends on the 1st.
Just to let you guys know, this keyboard rocks. I've been using it for a little over a week now and it works extremely well. It has the basic function buttons like media, calculator, internet... the only think it's really missing to make it perfect is a dedicated Media Center green button. Oh well. The range is quite impressive, though the advertised 30 feet is not accurate. I'd say for perfect connectivity, a maximum of 15 feet (but that's plenty of space for between my couch and TV). I paired this with a 2.4ghz Microsoft mouse (purchased it for $15 off a friend who got it free with a UPS). With both, gaming is a great option on my HTPC and nothing beats surfing the internet while reclined on the couch.

You can change the Media button to open Media Center instead of Media Player using the SetPoint software.
