Bedroom Steup Advice

Hello.

I'm looking for some recommendations for a smaller bedroom setup for listening to streaming music. it has to be able to fit on 2 shelves that are approx 8-10"D x 24"W. size & sound quality are the main driving factors. budget isn't as much of a concern, but i'm trying to keep the whole thing under $1000. they could be bluetooth powered speakers or passive with a small amp & a bluetooth reciever, etc. i mainly listen to classic rock, blues, jazz.

thanks!

This plus the subwoofer below it; a great music sub that doesn't take up much floor space.

adding speakers will bust the stated budget, but the cocktail audio X14 might just fit the bill... (https://www.amazon.com/Cocktail-Aud...ail+audio+x14&qid=1567784766&s=gateway&sr=8-1)

also check out components from Pro-ject audio ( https://www.project-audio.com/en/)

PS audio sprout 100 (600) leaves some room for decent speakers... pair that with Ascend acoustics CBM 170's , fits the budget

denon CEOL N-10

lastly, if all you are doing is streaming audio, Sonos is very decent. either a pair of speakers( 2 x play 1 at costco for 279) or ( pair of play 5 499 each)...even a sonos amp + bookshelf speakers.

arguably, the HEOS amp is a contender to the Sonos offerings as it has Hi-Res streaming support + book shelves...

good luck

Small form factor, great non fatiguing sound and very budget friendly.

Measurements of the Q Acoustics sub.

While it doesn't dig deep like larger subs you aren't going to find a small form factor sub with this kind of table top flat performance down to the lowest note on a piano for $400 anywhere else IMHO.
