belkin in wall speaker wire

belkin makes a in wall speaker wire that has a grey protective jacket, inside there are two wires black and red when striping the black or red there is a solid copper wire inside a plastic shield and surrounding the plastic shield there are standed copper wires, has anybody installed this type of wire?
