benq 7200

is there any way to clean the lenses and focus lenses of hte 7200? On a white screen, I can see a shadow like it's either a scratch somewhere, or a bit of dust somewhere I can't get to. Also, it appears that there's a reflected light that shines about 4" above a 4:3 screen. It's coming from the pj, and it's not the picture. When I move the image using the mirror image function, the shadow and the light don't move. Any suggestions?

the picture shows the shadow, but you really can't see the light.. you have to look close
