I recently got a benq ht1075 and though it is a wonderful projector (i fully intend to get a replacement unit) the one i did receive has a gradient incolor temperature from right to left on the projected image where the left side of the image is cooler dimer and slightly greener. I would not have noticed if i had not projected a solid white screen.

has anyone else noticed this on a DLP projector?

Sounds like your color wheel could be defective - might not be keeping up with the DLP chip/projection.
