I have returned a BENQ projector to BENQ because it went out. Benq said that the part was out of stock and it would be another week. Today I called and it is still sitting in the warehouse! Granted they are sending a new projector, but gees! Its going to be close to 3 weeks before this problem is resolved. What make it worse it that the projector is only 7 months old. If you have an issue with BENQ be ready for loooooong downtime and a loooooong time on hold with customer service.
