The 45001 is very comfortable chair which has a new CMAX cushion. I like how it feels, but there are a couple of things which I was not happy about:
1. the height of the chair 43.5" - if you are not 6'2" or taller, these may block your surround sound.
2. The shape of the back cushion does not really give you a great head support.
3. I did care much about the hidden cup holders either, although some people can find it very attractive.
It is against the rules to publish prices here on the forum, but I am sure if you do a search, you find vendors who can help you with what you are looking for.
