Berlkine 088 manual won't recline

Hi,


We have a problem with two Berkline 088 chairs - both are manual. One you push the button but it takes a hell of a lot of force to get it into the full recline.


The other - we cannot push the button it at all. I am sure it's some simple mechanical thing... Does anyone have any suggestions?

It sounds like there is a problem with the reclining mechanism or/and with the release button. The reclining mechanism has lifetime warranty. You should be able to get warranty repair with no problem.


Did you by any chance force the chair into reclining position without pushing the button?
