I thought I could live with its inability to Wake-on-USB, but meh, I want my HTPC to act like a set-top-box... if I hit the power button from my WMC remote, I want the thing to turn on!

Seems like snaggin a 5450 would also be a bit more future proof (bitstream audio), and might even save some power, the 5450 idles at only 6w! 19w max. http://www.guru3d.com/article/radeon-5450-review/2

I went ahead and got a GA-G31M-ES2L mainly cause it looks like there's more support/user community in-case I have any issues.

I wish it had more than 4 sata ports, but they should be enough for now. When I need to expand I'll throw an internal PCI sata card in there for 2 more ports.
