I am looking for a recommendations for DVD player that can play all regions and especially PAL DVDs on my NTSC TV.


My main requirements are:

-quality video output over Component or S-Video outputs

-good de-interlacing

-excellent conversion from PAL to NTSC

-good consruction (reliable mechanism)
