What would be the best center channel you would recommend that is 10 inchs or less depth ? Preferably something that bestbuy sells

the only one that comes to mind are the mythos or Wharfedale C1

for the size of this thing, the performance is really good. And its priced pretty low.


however the best center channel will be the one that matches the current left/right speakers that you own. If you're buying L/Rs also, the DM2/6 is easy to power I use them as surrounds, the DM2/7s have better bass.

wel i have alot of width and height its the depth thats the concern as i dont want it stick to far out form the tv.

+1 on your center matching your fronts. It's called timbre matching. I'd rather run a phantom center than a mismatched center speaker.

What are your existing front speakers?

Sealed box centers are pretty slim, I have a couple both about $1000, 4 driver layout, and pretty slim around 8.5" deep. And being they're sealed, no rear ports that are blocked by TV or a wall.
