Having discovered that a friend has a DLP projector at work (an Optoma 755) I'm planning to spend some time with it before buying my own, to look for rainbows and see if I get headaches. Can you guys recommend DVDs that have proven to be good at producing rainbows?

Thanks in advance of course.

For me it was jurassic park III... it was like an acid trip with a 1X color wheel. A 2X wheel is better and from 3X and up nothing. Anything with a lot of bright fast moving action will do it.

For me it is easiest to see rainbows where white is next to black - thus the openning of any Criterion Collection movie where the white line moves horizontally across the screen on a black background.

When this line is there just blink. You can see rainbows two basic ways - either if some white object is moving fast in the film or static white objects that you create effective movement in by blinking or moving your eyes or head.

You will see rainbows with the H55
