My friend is looking for a decent pair of in-wall speakers (just L and R front, no center, surrounds or sub) to place around a wall mounted lcd tv for around $300 for the pair.


The room is pretty large at 17' x 21' with just a pool table, stools and a small table so it really needs to fill the room but it will only really be used to watch sports and just a few movies (for only ambiance).


Any suggestions?

I've narrowed the choices down to Klipsch R-5650-W, Def Tech UIW-BP/A or SpeakerCraft MT6 One.


Would these work well for my room or would something else be better?
