The Philips DVP642 is popular - 62.94 at Amazon. I have a Toshiba SD-4900 which has worked very well - Discontinued, but readily available on ebay for under $100.

thank you, are these RF out of the box?
uummm dumb question here...but the spec on amazon says this player can play region 1 or all region. Does this mean it can also handle region 3?
