Only applies to broadband-enabled units.


Idea 1: Using a cheap $5 WebTv keyboard, include an online chat with a tech support rep on the Replay!


Idea 2: While I'm chatting with tech support over the phone, let them log onto my box and see what the he!! I'm talking about, and possibly fix (or destroy :)) the box.

oh my god i agree with randyl712.. did i miss the notice when hell's pilot light went out?


item 1. since its broadband, couldnt you just directly chat with your comp keyboard?


item 2. this idea i really like but agree with the potential for outside crashing by "good intentioned" tech support.. oh well..

Or by "bad intentioned" hackers.

Hey, that potential is already there. I can log into my Replay right now and do all sorts of crap to it (mind you, I can't see a damn thing I'm doing, but...)
