Best PQ: SVid or silicon tuner or just Zenith 900?

Hello,

It's for a 20" CRT with svid in. It'd be nice to have all three options in one: svid, silicon tuner, and decent build, but that doesn't look to be happening in time for my coupon. What's the best way to go here for the best picture?

TIA

The Channel Master CM-7000. I don't know if it has the silicon tuner, but it's got everything else you're looking for.
Not sure what silicon tuner is but in my experience the CM's tuner is second to none. Haven't found a CECB or any converter box for that matter that tops the CMs reception. The DTT900/901 is quite close though.

The CMs downside might be its slightly higher cost and it's harder to find in B&M stores.
I have a Sansonic with a silicon tuner. The April Zenith is better in every respect except footprint.
