I'm going to be setting up a 7.1 system with the following JBL Studio L series speakers.

L890

L8400P

L810

L820


I was thinking about going with the Harman Kardon AVR-3550HD receiver, but I honesty don't have a clue on how to choose a receiver. So, I'd appreciate any recommendations or resources for me to read.


The rest of my setup will include a Pioneer PRO-151FD TV and a PS3.

That H/K receiver will do just fine with those speakers, or most any other speakers. H/K makes outstanding receivers. Go for it.
